A man has grabbed a waitress name Kobe. He her into his basement and restrains her with handcuffs. After he leaves her, she struggles with the cuffs but there is no way she is ever going to get out of them. But things get worse when the man returns. Apparently he is expecting guests and he cannot have his hostage hollering for help. So he stuffs her mouth and wraps tape around her face to gag her. Then with several leather straps, he binds Kobe until she is completely helpless. But this doesn't stop her from struggling to get loose. Nor does it keep her quiet enough. So later he returns and re-straps her in a hogtie. He also wraps more tape around her face and eyes. This includes a layer of very tight black electrical tape over her already gagged mouth to muffle her completely.
